The SCFHT is currently offering our virtual Mindful Eating Group beginning February 1, 2022 to help with emotional eating and food craving management! The goal of this program is to help you foster a more positive relationship with food.
The Mindful Eating Group is a 6 week virtual group program, with weekly sessions starting on Tuesday, February 1, 2022 (ending March 8, 2022) from 4:00pm – 6:00pm (2 hours maximum).
